opportunity to receive an
Xbox 360 Special Edition Halo Console plus Halo 3 Game. Simply purchase any Train Signal
product beginning 12:00am CST Monday, September 24, 2007 through midnight Friday, October 5, 2007, and you’ll automatically
have a chance to recieve an Xbox 360 Special Edition Halo Console plus one Halo 3 Game
(excludes Limited Edition Halo 3 Game).
DRAWING:
The recipient of the Xbox 360 Console
and Halo 3 game will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random drawing held on
or about October 12, 2007. The drawings will be conducted by a representative of Train Signal, Inc.
whose decisions are final and binding. The recipient will be notified by Train Signal, Inc. via phone, e-mail, and/or U.S. Mail.
If a potential winner can not be reached within seven (7) calendar days from the first notification attempt, then such person
may be disqualified and an alternate recipient selected. The Xbox 360
Console and Halo 3 game will be shipped based on availability of product. Odds of winning
this prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
OFFICIAL RULES:
- To be eligible, local laws and international export laws must allow your participation.
- The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
- Should a prize be won by a minor in his/her jurisdiction of primary residence, all affidavits,
releases and undertakings, set forth in these Official Rules must be executed and undertaken by
the parent/legal guardian of the minor, both on behalf of themselves and the minor. Prize may be
awarded in the name of, or to, minor winner's parent/legal guardian.
- The winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name for promotion
and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium which Train Signal, Inc. may deem appropriate.
- In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that Train Signal, Inc. may
not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
- Some locations might require an import duty or tax to be paid. Winners will be responsible for
paying all duties and taxes owing.
- Train Signal, Inc. is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of the Giveaway products.
Trademarks, service marks, logos, and/or domain names (including, without limitation, the individual names
of products) are the property of their respective owners.
- Train Signal, Inc. reserves the right to alter any aspect of the competition, including, but not
limited to: changing submission, or announcement dates, changing prizes, changing eligibility and rules.
- This Giveaway will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state of Illinois, without
application of any conflicts or choice of law rules. By participating, all participants consent to the jurisdiction
and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Rolling Meadows, Illinois.
