We have 2 technicians, support about 1700 PCs and 20+ servers. Obviously, we can’t know “everything” about the network and all of these servers. With a limited budget, I can spend $2400 for one live training class, sit through 5 days of “boot camp” and forget it a week later. Or spend $2400, get an “instructor” with limited knowledge, and have to re-take the class (This has happened to us). With your training solution I can spend $2400, get 30+ courses, and watch a video as I need to configure our production servers. We’ve had great success with your classes because we view them when we need them, or when we need a quick reference. For example, when we needed to replace our Linux e-mail server with Exchange, I took the Exchange video home, quickly went through the training and the next day we set up our new Exchange server. I used the videos to assist a co-worker with his MCSE training (to which he has passed all 4 core exams). Our WAN Security instructor has used nearly all of the CCNP videos to further his education and certification levels. On a personal note, I used your training videos to acquire CompTIA Network+ and Linux+ certification within 2 months after receiving the video library. We did extensive research on multiple training companies and products looking for a company that could accommodate a mid-size technical department with a limited budget and we decided on Train Signal. I purchased the Security Training products about 2 months ago. I am just now writing my reviews so that I would have adequate time to review the product and give feedback after going completely through the latest Train Signal material. This is my third purchase with this company and as always this is simply the best training material available. You get hands on labs, videos with demonstrations, books in PDF format, review and setup sheets, along with an expert's advice that is "real-world" in nature. I can literally take any of their videos and immediately go and do an install at a customer site on the subject and have a successful install.
