To return or exchange your product(s) please follow these simple directions: |

1.) |
All returns and exchanges must have a RMA number! You can obtain a RMA number by contacting customer service:

2.) |
Include your packing slip (or a note with your order information) in the box that you ship back to us. We need to have your order information and contact information in order to process a refund or exchange. Write your RMA number on the packing slip/note. |

Write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship it back to: Train Signal, Inc. |

| 4.) | You will be issued a credit within 48 hours after we receive your package. You will be notified via email or phone when your credit is issued. Your credit will be for the full amount of your original order. |
If you try our products and then decide that you would like to buy one of our complete packages, we will allow you to purchase it at a pro-rated amount. Call or email us and we will answer your questions and/or process your order.

USB 2.0 EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE |

All Hard Drives come with a 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty from the date of purchase. Train Signal, Inc. will exchange any USB 2.0 External Hard Drive containing our complete set of training that fails due to mechanical problems during this period of time. After this time period Train Signal, Inc will replace the training that was purchased and you will be charged only for the cost of the hard drive. |
