    Hi Neeraj,

I’m sorry you’re having problems viewing our videos. My guess is that you’re experiencing problems because of the video player’s system requirements.

Please make sure your system is able to meet these requirements:

Flash: 9.0.115 or higher (10.1 or later recommended)
Browser: Internet Explorer (version 7 and 8), Mozilla Firefox (version 3.6 or higher), Chrome version 5
Internet Connection: Broadband/High Speed (DSL, Cable, T1, etc.). Dial-up connections are insufficient for video playback.
RAM: 512 MB minimum (1 GB recommended)
Video Card: 32 MB minimum (128 MB recommended)

Additionally, if you have Windows you’ll need:

Operating System: Windows XP (Home, Media Center and Professional with Service Pack 3 and all Microsoft Updates), Windows Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business, Ultimate or Enterprise editions with Vista Service Pack 2), Windows 7 with all available updates
Processor: Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent with 1 GHz processor

And if you have Mac OS X you’ll need:

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 or greater with Intel Processors of 1GHz or better; no PowerPC support.
Processor: Intel Core2 Duo 1.83GHz or faster processor

Let me know if you’re still having problems with the videos once all of these issues have been resolved.

Thanks a lot for your quick response and i really appreciate that.

It seems like browser and OS compatibility issue to me.

    Fedora core 64bit + chrome/firfox didn’t work.

WinXP 32bit OS +chrome/firefox it worked:)

I am watching these videos on WinXP OS and really appreciate the training material. It’s worth worth useful for every IT ppl.

Please keep up the good work:)

    Thanks
    Neeraj Mantri

    Hi Debbie,

I’m sorry to hear you’re unable to see our videos… what type of a connection are you on? At this point I think this can be the only culprit, as I see you have all of the other requirements.
