It’s day two at VMworld 2010 and so far it’s been absolute madness! There are over 17,000 attendees from 85 different countries, hundreds of sponsors and exhibitors, countless parties, meetups and events all contributing to the chaos.
But man, is it a ton of fun!
If you’ve never been to VMworld than make sure you sign up next year, it’s by far the most exciting IT event of the year. Here’s a shot of the crowd waiting for the doors to open to the welcome reception at the solutions exchange yesterday.

And here’s the backdrop of our VMworld booth (#107). Stop by and say hello if you’re here!

This is the first time that Train Signal is exhibiting at VMworld and man are we having a great time! Our plan was to give away 1,000 of our famous vNerd t-shirts before Wednesday.
They were gone in 1 hour.

We are also giving away David Davis’ Best of VMware vSphere 4.1 for vNerds training all week — a special edition mini-training course that David created especially for VMworld 2010.

The best part of VMworld is meeting people who are excited about virtualization and hungry to learn more.

Here’s the madness I was talking about… at times we barely had time to say hello to everyone stopping by our booth, there are that many people here!

When the day ends at VMworld, the parties begin. Here’s a couple of photos from the Tweetup with John Troyer, which was sponsored by Train Signal and Xangati.

At the event we gave away David’s complete VMware vSphere Training to the lucky @William_Lessard! Congrats William! We hope you enjoy the training!
