I tried to subscribe on July 3. However, the website indicated the promo code of TEYF09 had expired. The email I recieved did not indicate an expiration time, only the date. I called 800-344-2121 on Monday the 6th. I was told by Danny this would be addressed by email in the next 2 days and was given a reference # of 650925238. As of 7-9-09 I have not received any email from MS. I wanted to and still want to subscribe as was offered in the email.

    Thanks.

    Hi Fred,

I’m sorry to hear this, unfortunately there’s not much we can do about it since it’s Microsoft’s offer, not ours. I will post news about any new offers regarding TechNet as soon as I hear about them — so stay tuned!

    Kasia
