TechNet 2.0

Microsoft’s TechNet 2.0 was launched earlier this year sporting major improvements in features and functionalities focusing on five key objectives:

  • Helping users find technical content and solve technical problems quickly
  • Providing users with content and resources to increase their technical skills
  • Connecting users with Microsoft products and allowing them to leave feedback
  • Helping users connect with each other and the Microsoft community
  • Making downloads easier including tools, resources, bits and resources

So far, TechNet 2.0 has been a huge success with noticeable improvements in content quality and relevance and plenty of opportunities for community participation and contribution. The new TechNet platform also allows users to find what they’re looking for faster and easier.
