Benjamin Roussey is from Sacramento, CA. He has two master degrees and served time in the U.S. Navy. His second master's degree is an MBA in Global Management from the Univ. of Phoenix where he attributes his writing prowess-2006. His bachelor's degree is from Ca. St. Univ. of Sacramento-1999 where he was on a baseball pitching scholarship. Now he writes professionally for several clients and a few online companies, one of them in which is publically traded. Lisa Szpunar
Lisa Szpunar has a Bachelors of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Iowa and a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University. During her three years teaching in public schools she taught computer skills to students and peers, maintained the schools’ networks and hardware, ran the libraries, and helped to facilitate technology throughout the school district. At Train Signal Lisa manages the production of training videos, does video editing, and helps with technical support.

Matt Elias
Matt Elias (MCSA, MCTS – MOSS 2007 and Dynamics CRM, A+) has a wide range of experience in the training industry. He has worked in support, operations, project management and business development roles, most recently for a Chicago-based CPLS in addition to a small software company he founded. When not in the office, you can probably find him on a golf course working towards his goal of making the Champions Tour in 2028. Matt joined the Train Signal team in September 2009 as our Product Team Manager.

Mel Haynes
Mel Haynes (MCP, MS, MCTS) has been delivering technical training since 1994 across the USA, Canada, Germany and the UK. He first taught computer science while completing his Masters in Computer Science at Bradley University. He began teaching Visual Basic as an MCT, and later moved on to ASP, C#.net, VB.Net, Java, various web related developer topics, as well as SQL Server and Windows administration. Mel has developed and delivered Master Data Management (MDM) training and is currently focused on SQL Server 2008. He is a gifted and experienced IT professional and communicator, able to make complex concepts clear and easy to understand.

Mike Danseglio
Mike Danseglio has worked in the IT field for more than 20 years. He is an award-winning author, public speaker, and instructor on a variety of technology topics including security, virtualization, cloud computing, wireless and wired networking, and IT lifecycle processes. Mike Lata
Mike Lata is a technology enthusiast and freelance writer who has graduated from California State University, Chico in spring '10 with a BA in news-ed journalism/minor in economics. R. Louis Costley III
R. Louis Costley III (MCP, MCDST, A+, Network+, Security+) currently works as a Contractor Associate for a Computer Services company whose main focus is the small and medium business community in Albuquerque.
