We have 2 technicians, support about 1700 PCs and 20+ servers. Obviously, we can't know “everything” about the network and all of these servers. With a limited budget, I can spend $2400 for one live training class, sit through 5 days of “boot camp” and forget it a week later. Or spend $2400, get an “instructor” with limited knowledge, and have to re-take the class (This has happened to us).
With your training solution I can spend $2400, get 30+ courses, and watch a video as I need to configure our production servers. We've had great success with your classes because we view them when we need them, or when we need a quick reference. For example, when we needed to replace our Linux e-mail server with Exchange, I took the Exchange video home, quickly went through the training and the next day we set up our new Exchange server.

I tried your computer training as a means to get some hands on experience with building Domain controllers and mastering DNS. I was so impressed that I purchased the complete set of all of your courses. In this day and age of computer technology, the most important aspect is not just knowing the "theory" behind what is being done, but actually getting it done, and knowing HOW to get it done is what really counts.
"HANDS ON" is the quickest way to gaining knowledge, and these labs are even better than being in a classroom setting because you can restart the video again, and again and again until you get it 100%. I purchased the Security Training products about 2 months ago. I am just now writing my reviews so that I would have adequate time to review the product and give feedback after going completely through the latest TrainSignal material. This is my third purchase with this company and as always this is simply the best training material available. You get hands on labs, videos with demonstrations, books in PDF format, review and setup sheets, along with an expert's advice that is "real-world" in nature.

I try to watch the CD first before installing the labs if possible (I am one of those people who hates to read instructions first). Almost all my roadblocks that I have encountered in the first three labs were answered by going back and watching the lab setup or the individual labs instruction. Even though I just looked over the DNS labs I have actually used the information in those labs to help in setting up servers for my MCSE class. Thanks again.
