How Long Do Orders Take to Ship?
We ship most orders the same day if ordered before 4 p.m. CST; all orders ship within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) unless you are notified of a problem with the order. We ship via UPS; this can take up to 7 business days to reach international customers, depending on local customs. Domestic orders will depend on your location and choice of shipping method.
How Do I Check The Status of My Order or Track My Shipment?
Login to your online account at our store (trainsignal.com); there may be a slight delay between placing your order and the updated information appearing in your order history. However, information is updated daily. If you still encounter problems or have questions, email us at support@trainsignal.com You will also receive a shipping confirmation email from UPS QuantumShip which will include your tracking number for all domestic orders.
How will my order be shipped if I want it shipped to a PO Box / FPO / APO address?
UPS will not ship to a PO Box. Therefore, we will send your order via the US Postal Service. This can take up to 6-14 business days for international orders and standard mailing time for domestic / military orders.
Do you have any overseas distributors?
TrainSignal, Inc. is the sole producer and distributor of our training products. We do not have any overseas retail outlets.
Can I use my Fed Ex or DHL Account instead of shipping with UPS?
You can specify that you would like your order shipped via Fed Ex or DHL if you prefer. Please note this in the comments section when placing your order and provide a valid Fed Ex or DHL account number to which we can bill the shipping charges. Please note this is not standard and must be marked clearly at the time of order placement. Your order will then be credited the shipping cost upon successful shipment.
How long does UPS ground take to get to me?
While actual shipping times may vary, here is a estimated ground shipping map from UPS from our shipping location in Schaumburg, IL. UPS does not ship Ground on Holidays or Weekends and therefore do not count against the delivery time.
