Outlook 2007 Training

I purchased my first TrainSignal Lab over 3 years ago and the Access 2007 Lab is the only one where they have told a fib. The brief says 18 hours 2 minutes and 25 seconds of video tutorials however with the smooth information packed delivery and the easy to listen to style of Heather I believe it seems more like 22 hours of instruction.

Of the 35+ TrainSignal Labs I have, this is undoubtedly the best one to date that I have ever had the pleasure of learning from. Heather presents this Lab in a way that is logically progressive and while this is the same for all the Labs I have, Access 2007 has just that bit more oomph to it. The smooth and easy to listen to delivery is what I believe packs in the seemingly extra 4 hours of tutorial information.

I had never used Access because is just seemed too hard and too complex. Heathers teaching expertise has simplified how to use Access and removed this blinkered view that I should never have had. Any TrainSignal Lab that has Heather Ackmann's name on it (hackmann, what a logon name eh) I will make a point of getting because I know just how good it will be even before reading what the Lab will be about.

I use PowerPoint, but already I am looking forward to the new and unknown features Heather will be teaching me about it.

Everyone else seems to brag about how you can use their products to pass a test. I've taken and passed several tests, and few contained the content I need on a day-to-day basis.

TrainSignal products not only teach me how to maintain my network, I actually gain understanding that is invaluable for the tests as well. I bought your product at my previous employer and will buy it for my current employer as funds become available.

Though your product is amazing, I would like to make one request that I feel would complete the package. Most admins are clueless when it comes to scripting.

Everyone seems to have tons of advanced scripting, but just like everything else, there are little to no explanations for the beginner. Could you please consider adding something in that area to your training? Keep up the good work.

Just want to say great job by you and the team on the training videos. The videos and the lab books trail each other so you align the image of it being done with the instructional reading. Its like having a Veteran walk you through training camp building your confidence so you know what it takes to get it done.

If your goal is certification then partner the video with test questions and you will solidify the knowledge from the video in your mind for the test and while really getting to know your craft!

I have purchased almost all of your videos so far and I must say that they have been value for money; in as much as that I have gained lots of new skills.

Moreover, I find your service absolutely excellent and I feel totally appreciated as a customer. I shall continue to buy your products without a question of a doubt.

I wanted to let you know I was asked today (3/16/2007) to provide references for a Network Engineer position at a large world-wide law firm. Providing references is typically the last step before an offer. This potentially could be the best paying job of my IT career. Your videos had a big part in that.

I have two and half years experience with Active Directory and Exchange 2003, but your videos showed me just what I needed to pass their skills assessment test. The price was well worth it.

Last year we bought the Microsoft Server Complete Library. It is one of the best I have seen.

You guys have a unique ability to explain and visually demonstrate these esoteric topics in a way that is easy to understand.

I have attended many training classes where I was getting good information but because of the way it was taught I had to force myself to pay attention and in some cases just try not to fall asleep.

These videos are just the opposite. If I am not careful I will sit up too late watching them. Well, we just received our most recent order. This time we decided to order all of your VMWare Videos. If they are as good as your other work then I know I'm going to be happy.

I wanted to write and express my great satisfaction with the Exchange Server 2003 for SophiesToyBox.com. I am very impressed with the course. I felt as though I was actually performing the tasks during the course.

Scott was great at explaining things and even going through the quirks that would surely happen during an install. I am very pleased with the material and plan to be back to purchase more. Great job. I will recommend TrainSignal to all of my tech buddies.

I inadvertently ordered two of the same course on Routing and Remote Access and when I discovered my mistake, I was very upset.

Internet based companies are often hard to deal with. If you try to return something, they put you off -sometimes indefinitely. I was almost sure that I would encounter problems when I attempted to exchange the video.

I called Ashley on the phone and informed her of my intent to exchange the duplicate video for another. She told me that she would send the other video when I returned mine.

I sent the video back by UPS and within a few days I received a package with the new Active Directory tutorial movie. I was so impressed that your company did not try to hold the movie hostage or to delay sending it. Even though I am an avid supporter of technology, I have to agree with those who say that the age of impersonal commerce has opened doorways to poor service.

I hope your company is successful and that others realize the benefit of doing business with someone they can trust!

Just to let you guys know I received my order this morning. Extremely happy with the fast delivery service, since I ordered the product on Tuesday afternoon and I received them Thursday morning (48hrs delivery from the US to the UK, that puts to shame some mail order companies in the UK) I will be happy to recommend your products to anyone I know.

I would like to say that I have had many “live” classes in everything from MCSE to CCNA and your classes are as good or better. You can play the CDs over and over or go back and review something that you did not really understand the first time.
