Meet Your Certified Instructor, J. Peter Bruzzese

(Triple-MCSE, MCT, MCSA, MCITP: Messaging, CNA, CCNA, CIW Master, CIW Certified Instructor)

J. Peter began his adventure in IT working for some of the largest investment banking firms in Manhattan. Goldman Sachs, Solomon Smith Barney and Merrill Lynch taught him the essentials of corporate life, networking and technology.

Eventually Peter would branch into the independent consultant and trainer world where he would work for New Horizons, CommVault Systems and even Microsoft, to name a few. For the past ten years he has specialized in Active Directory and Exchange support and education, as well as Certification Instruction.

Exchange has been Peter’s primary focus for ten years. He has a love for the way messaging works and has appreciated the improvements Microsoft has been making to Exchange with each release. This has led to the formation of his free site www.exclusivelyexchange.com.

Peter recently completed his tenth published and internationally sold book entitled "Exchange 2007 SP1 How-To" and then followed it up with "Server 2008 How-To" and "Windows 7 Unveiled" all published by Que.

Peter is a regular contributor to Redmond Magazine, WindowsITPro, Realtime and TechTarget. He is a regular speaker for TechMentor Conferences and has spoken at Microsoft TechEd Conferences, the IT360 Tech Conferences in Canada, the TEC Conference and (soon) WinConnections. Last but certainly not least, he writes the Enterprise Windows column for InfoWorld.

"Train Signal products not only teach me how to maintain my network, I actually gain understanding that is invaluable for the tests as well..."
I just wanted to send in my thanks. It’s really nice to have a product out there for net admins that really delivers.

Everyone else seems to brag about how you can use their products to pass a test. I've taken and passed several tests, and few contained the content I need on a day-to-day basis.

Train Signal products not only teach me how to maintain my network, I actually gain understanding that is invaluable for the tests as well. I bought your product at my previous employer and will buy it for my current employer as funds become available.

Though your product is amazing, I would like to make one request that I feel would complete the package. Most admins are clueless when it comes to scripting.

Everyone seems to have tons of advanced scripting, but just like everything else, there are little to no explanations for the beginner. Could you please consider adding something in that area to your training? Keep up the good work.

Thanks

"...the best paying job of my IT career. Your videos had a big part in that..."
I wanted to let you know I was asked today (3/16/2007) to provide references for a Network Engineer position at a large world-wide law firm. Providing references is typically the last step before an offer. This potentially could be the best paying job of my IT career. Your videos had a big part in that.

I have two and half years experience with Active Directory and Exchange 2003, but your videos showed me just what I needed to pass their skills assessment test. The price was well worth it.

"You guys have a unique ability to explain and visually demonstrate these esoteric topics in a way that is easy to understand..."
I just wanted to let you know I have been very impressed with the orders we have placed with you.

Last year we bought the Microsoft Server Complete Library. It is one of the best I have seen.

You guys have a unique ability to explain and visually demonstrate these esoteric topics in a way that is easy to understand.

I have attended many training classes where I was getting good information but because of the way it was taught I had to force myself to pay attention and in some cases just try not to fall asleep.

These videos are just the opposite. If I am not careful I will sit up too late watching them. Well, we just received our most recent order. This time we decided to order all of your VMWare Videos. If they are as good as your other work then I know I'm going to be happy.

Thanks for the help and keep up the good work.

"I will recommend TrainSignal to all of my tech buddies..."
I wanted to write and express my great satisfaction with the Exchange Server 2003 for SophiesToyBox.com. I am very impressed with the course. I felt as though I was actually performing the tasks during the course.

Scott was great at explaining things and even going through the quirks that would surely happen during an install. I am very pleased with the material and plan to be back to purchase more. Great job. I will recommend TrainSignal to all of my tech buddies.

"I am on my way to becoming an MCSE and have found your videos very informative. However, your service deserves even more praise."
I inadvertently ordered two of the same course on Routing and Remote Access and when I discovered my mistake, I was very upset.

Internet based companies are often hard to deal with. If you try to return something, they put you off -sometimes indefinitely. I was almost sure that I would encounter problems when I attempted to exchange the video.

I called Ashley on the phone and informed her of my intent to exchange the duplicate video for another. She told me that she would send the other video when I returned mine.

I sent the video back by UPS and within a few days I received a package with the new Active Directory tutorial movie. I was so impressed that your company did not try to hold the movie hostage or to delay sending it. Even though I am an avid supporter of technology, I have to agree with those who say that the age of impersonal commerce has opened doorways to poor service.

I hope your company is successful and that others realize the benefit of doing business with someone they can trust!

Sincerely,
Nancy Ashley Ware
"I will be happy to recommend your products to anyone I know..."
Just to let you guys know I received my order this morning. Extremely happy with the fast delivery service, since I ordered the product on Tuesday afternoon and I received them Thursday morning (48hrs delivery from the US to the UK, that puts to shame some mail order companies in the UK) I will be happy to recommend your products to anyone I know.

"Train Signal Rocks!"
Keep kicking butt! I have purchased CBT nuggets before. They are good on theory and very little application. Yours is both. Please keep up the great work Scott. You are very gifted.

What I love about your stuff is you have the theory and then you apply it and then you test it! You go full circle. CBT nuggets leaves too many things open ended. People don’t realize from the home CBT user. You need to go full circle theory, application how to use it, and then prove it. Mistakes and proving things help us see why and help us handle the unexpected better. I also am a teacher at my work, and this is what I do with effectiveness.

I also bought all of your courses all 21... I am studying for MCSE 2003 and your course rocks better than classroom. Way better.

Keep up the great work. Train Signal rocks!
