VMware vCenter Operations Manager Implementation

View All Courses

vCenter Operations Manager is used to monitor performance and faults while also predicting future infrastructure challenges. After viewing this course, you will be able to understand the features available by implementing the vCenter Operations Manager suite (vCOPs), be able to describe the architecture, components, and data collection methods, and understand the deployment options available. In addition, you will learn to use heat maps for visualizing data and environment status, use predictive capabilities, customize the enterprise dashboard, and implement and use Infrastructure Navigator. To get the most out of this course it helps if you have working knowledge of VMware vSphere and hands-on administrative experience. It is highly recommended to also have experience troubleshooting and resolving performance problems in a vSphere environment.
